Adriane is the founder and president of Strengths Zone, an organization that specializes in Gallup-Certified Strengths Training and Executive Coaching.
Her commitment to people is to accelerate individual and group self-awareness of talent themes, and to guide all toward more dynamic performance, and above all, results.
She facilitates multi-industry training for corporate, government, non-profit, higher education and faith-based organizations nationwide.
Adriane aims to elevate employee engagement, leadership capacity and productivity using the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment and its Leadership keys. Strengths Zone’s client portfolio includes: the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), AT&T, Lexus, Ingenious Med, Dal-Tile, Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority, Georgia State University, Indiana University, University of Michigan, Association of College Unions International, American Hospital Association, SafeHaven of Tarrant County, INROADS/JP Morgan Chase Fellows Program, Centers for Spiritual Living, and Leadership groups. She is frequently requested as a speaker at national conferences, sales kickoffs and retreats.
Her initial exposure to Strengths took place in Leadership Texas. She was one of 115women leaders selected from across the state to participate in the longest-running women’s leadership development program in the U.S.
Adriane began her career as a print journalist with The Dallas Morning News following a 4-year INROADS internship. She continued in leadership roles with the American Heart Association National Headquarters in Dallas.
In healthcare, she spent a decade in Texas-based healthcare systems. Adriane heldprogressive, hospital-based roles as Marketing Director, Regional Marketing Director and Vice President, Business Development. In sales, she was a Top Sales Director with Mary Kay reaching the $300,000 Circle of Achievement and the $500,000 Circle of Excellence.
She earned a BA from the University of North Texas and MA from Stanford University.
